breastfeeding journey.
Nicolette Kinsbursky · RN · BSN · IBCLC
Expert, compassionate lactation care — in your home or virtual. Because you deserve to feel supported, seen, and capable at every stage of your journey.
Becoming a mother is one of the most profound transformations you will ever experience. It is a season that is equally beautiful and chaotic, filled with a love you’ve never known and challenges you didn’t see coming.
I believe that while feeding is a natural journey, it doesn’t always come naturally—and that’s where my purpose lies. It is my calling to bridge the gap between expectation and reality. Nothing fulfills my heart more than watching a mother move from feeling isolated and overwhelmed to feeling confident and empowered. I am here to help you realize that with the right support, you can truly achieve your feeding goals.

About Me
Rooted in care, guided by experience.
My path to becoming a lactation consultant started at the hospital bedside in 2017. But while I was trained as a NICU Registered Nurse to care for the most fragile infants, my own three children became my greatest teachers in the art—and the heart—of feeding.
I’ve walked three very different paths: one that felt natural and "easy," one complicated by reflux and oral ties, and a third that humbled me completely.
With my daughter, I went from being the "expert" to feeling like a failure. Despite my medical background, I found myself in the trenches of severe oral ties, latch issues, and the heartbreak of seeing a 15mL transfer on the scale after 30 minutes of nursing. I cried every day. I felt defeated. I realized then that even the experts need a village.
If I hadn’t had the support I did, I would have given up. Today, we are still nursing, and that struggle became my greatest mission. I founded LATCH (Lactation Advice That Can Help) because no parent should have to navigate those "15mL moments" alone.
Whether you are breastfeeding, pumping, or bottle-feeding, I’m here to provide the calm, expert, and deeply compassionate guidance I once needed myself.
You don’t have to do this alone. I’m here to support you, however that looks for your family
